Refund policy

All products sold by Four Lumens (Light Boxes, illuminated signs, modular LED lighting structures) are manufactured exclusively to order, according to the dimensions, technical specifications and unique graphic preferences provided by the customer.

In accordance with current consumer protection legislation (regarding products made to the specifications presented by the consumer or clearly personalized), OUR PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED.

From the moment the order has been confirmed and sent to production, the actual payment becomes non-refundable.

Cancellation of an order and return of the advance payment are possible EXCLUSIVELY under the following cumulative conditions:

The cancellation request is sent in writing (by email or SMS) within a maximum of 24 hours from placing the order.

The order did NOT enter the production line and the materials for that project were not cut/delivered.

Once the billing, assembly or printing process has started, the order cannot be canceled under any circumstances, and the amounts paid are not refundable.

If the received product has a technical manufacturing defect (non-functional LED module, defective power supply), the situation is resolved exclusively by repair or replacement of the defective part, according to the warranty conditions of up to 2 years:

Technical defects are NOT a reason for return or refund.

To benefit from the warranty repair, the customer must notify the defect in writing within a maximum of 48 hours of receipt, attaching clear photo/video evidence and the invoice/proof of purchase.

If the customer refuses to pick up the package, refuses to sign the receipt report, or provides an incorrect address that makes delivery impossible, Four Lumens reserves the right to withhold 100% of the order value, without any obligation to refund the money.
