This document regulates the rules for using the website fourlumens.md and the conditions for ordering products offered by

Four Lumens.

Using the site or placing an order constitutes your agreement to the terms set forth below.

All light boxes and LED modular systems are made to order, according to individual parameters:

The order enters the production line only after the customer confirms the dimensions, technical specifications and graphic layout.

The client is responsible for the correctness of the data provided (space dimensions, vector files for the logo).

The order is considered firm after the agreed advance payment is made.

All prices are calculated in MDL (Moldovan lei).

The basic price for light boxes is from 4,000 MDL / m².

Payment is made by bank transfer or other methods agreed upon directly when placing the order.

Lighting equipment benefits from an official warranty of up to 2 years.

Products can be picked up directly from our production space in Chisinau (75 Industriala Street) or by delivery throughout the Republic of Moldova.

The warranty does not cover defects caused by mechanical shocks, voltage fluctuations in the electrical network or improper installation carried out by third parties.

Products manufactured to individual customer sizes and specifications cannot be returned or refunded after the production process has begun.

Cancellation of the order without penalty is only possible before final approval of the layout and entry into production.
